BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
Within our close-knit school community, positive working relationships flourish naturally. The relationships between our teachers and pupils are built on trust, respect and openness and are fundamental to ensuring that every pupil receives challenge and support in line with their unique abilities.
LEADERSHIP AND INFLUENCE BY PUPILS, FOR PUPILS
We facilitate peer to peer support across both schools with a number of initiatives. The prefect system, School Council, Food Committees, Boarding Committees and Year Group Councils all play a significant role in steering the life of the school. Year 6 prefects at The Elms, Year 11 and Year 12 prefects become role models to our younger pupils and are valued as representatives of the pupil voice.
